Our admission process begins in November. Applications are evaluated and decisions are made on a rolling basis; however, early submission of applications is encouraged as waiting lists for enrollment increase every year. Upon acceptance, Cushing will send a packet of information regarding course selection, transportation, suggested clothing and other matters.

For international students enrolled in Cushing's Summer Session, the F-1 Student Visa is required for entry into the United States. Cushing is approved by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service to issue the I-20 form, officially named the Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant (F-1) Student Status, and sends it to families once an enrollment deposit has been received. Families can then use the I-20 Form to obtain an F-1 Student Visa from the U.S. Consulate.
